It wasn’t sudden. Change never is. It comes quietly. In small steps. First, we rode horses. Messages tied to saddles or tucked in the hand of a galloping man. Then came pigeons—white feathers flying across Warfield and borders, carrying small scraps of paper inked with hope or loss.
Later, men in uniform knocked on doors. Telegrams. Few words. Enough to bring tears. Then came envelopes. Letters that smelled of home. You waited for weeks. You held them in your hand, felt the weight of paper, the weight of someone else’s time. You opened them carefully. Words mattered.
Then the pace quickened.
Post offices. Couriers. A blue box by the corner street. You dropped your heart in it and waited. Slowly, the distance shrank. The world became smaller. And then—one day—you clicked a button, and your voice travelled.

And for a long while, the celestial voices have nudged me to write about the same, particularly the silent thief of memory—Alzheimer’s Disease—and its twin shadow, Dementia. While my writings have often danced with the stars of Entrepreneurship and Business Astrology this time, the universe pointed me in a gentler, more introspective direction. This is not a scientific treatise, nor a prescription. It is a spiritual exploration—a cosmic contemplation—on the soul’s journey through forgetfulness as seen through the sacred lens of Vedic astrology.
Let me say this gently and clearly: these are my intuitive reflections based on my research from the astrological angle, not medical advice. This is not an alternative to medicine, nor a replacement for diagnosis or therapy. It is merely an attempt to understand the higher message behind a disease that dims the light of memory.
The Mystery of Memory Loss: A Cosmic View
Alzheimer’s is a condition that slowly unthreads the drapery of memory, leaving behind frayed edges of thought and fading moments of self. It is a progressive and irreversible disorder, often surfacing in one’s sixties—an age when Saturn, the great teacher often whispers hardest truths into our ears. Across the globe, millions carry this invisible burden, many of whom drift into the fog of dementia.
As I traced the starry script of birth charts, I focused on one aching word: “forgetting.” This is not just a symptom. It is the soul’s silent cry, the dimming of Mercury’s light.
Mercury – The Cosmic Messenger of Memory
In Vedic astrology, the planet Mercury is the harbinger of communication, logic, trade, wit—and yes; memory. Mercury governs the speed of thought and the sparkle of clarity in our minds. When afflicted, Mercury does not speak in riddles—it falls silent, muddled, slow. His message is garbled and the clarity of mind becomes a murky pool.
Mercury’s home lies within three Nakshatras: Ashlesha, Jyeshtha, and Revati.
Ashlesha, the coiled serpent, whispers ancient secrets and hypnotic truths.
Jyeshtha, with Indra’s earring, represents spiritual leadership, but also burden.
Revati, guided by Pushan, promises safe passage—but only when Mercury is in full potential.
When Astrological Planet Mercury is weakened or eclipsed in these lunar mansions, especially under the cold gaze of Saturn, it may manifest as disorders within the nervous system. When Saturn—the planet of karmic delay and degeneration—casts his shadow, the consequences are rarely gentle. He is not cruel, but he is relentless. And when he partners with Mercury in disharmony, the outcome often involves memory, cognition and speech.
Saturn – The Ancient Gatekeeper of Time
Why Saturn? Because he is the planet of time, decay and chronic conditions—those which linger, resist healing and carry a lesson too long delayed. Alzheimer’s is not merely a disease—it is a karmic unfolding, a story of slow release from the mind’s attachments.
When Saturn occupies or afflicts Mercury—particularly within Saturn’s own Nakshatras (Pushya, Anuradha and Uttara Bhadrapada)—we must pause and look deeper.
Pushya, though nourishing, may become overburdened when malefics intrude.
Anuradha, ruled by Mitra, seeks harmony but can suffer under karmic weight.
Uttara Bhadrapada, mystical and otherworldly, often heralds deep spiritual awakenings—but only through trials.
If Mercury or the Moon, our planet of mind and emotions, is afflicted in these constellations, especially with the distortions of Rahu and Ketu, we may find signs of mental deterioration—like an orchestra slowly losing its conductor.
🪐 The Charts Within the Chart – The D30 Whisper 🪐
We often forget the D30 chart, or Trimsamsa, the subtle map of misfortune and inherited karma. But for such diseases of slow spiritual disconnection, the D30 holds secrets—layered within shadows, waiting to be read. Here lie clues not only of the ailment, but of the soul’s deeper contract.
Additionally, in the D1 Chart, observe the lord of the 6th house—the house of illness—and its relationship with Mercury and Saturn. The 8th house, too, which speaks of hidden afflictions and transformations, deserves attention. If these houses or their lords reside in Mercury or Saturn’s nakshatras or are aspected by malefic energies, the story begins to unfold.
🌌 A Final Note from the Heart 🌌
This is only the beginning of my research into the stars’ silent symphony on diseases like Alzheimer’s and Dementia from the astrological point of view. As I go deeper, I hope to share more articles that blend medical astrology with cosmic spirituality.
As one goes deep into detailed analysis, one can observe that Planet Sun, Moon, Mercury and Mars have a role to play in depression. So, one need to strengthen these planets so as to reduce the effects of the afflictions. This is from the Medical Astrology point of view.

The World is now having shortage of jobs. The reason can be attributed to various parameters, including the present pandemic situation. Have we ever thought that one day, we can start our own venture, something in the form of small business? Many of us do and some of us think otherwise. Let me take a small moment and state one of my experience. It was dark and as I moved home from my office, tension gripped me for my next day office assignments, which takes much of my private time. I had a strong aversion to these tasks which makes me shorten my personal time with concomitant anxiety, tensions and another related phenomenon. This is not a censorious talk based on the fact that I am a workaholic. Understanding this, one day I came across an unknown citizen of this mother Earth selling Tea in one corner of the globe who was equally tensed and with a smiling face managed his ‘own business’. Speaking with this human incognito, I understood, what does it mean to be an Entrepreneur, even though you are in stress, you actually work for your OWN organization or business.
I was listening to one entrepreneur a few days back and his struggling tales about small business. Brooding on his unhappy thoughts about job and his stress, he started his own small business based on his inner talent. Life is all about ideas and its these concepts which makes one life fruitful. It’s all about those small things which makes you get interested and you try to pursue those talents to make your life meaningful. Over the years, I have understood that you need not go for something big or create big, but it’s those small things in ‘you’ which often is less noticed by the world including ‘you’, which is the key to any future big ventures.
In this world of Artificial Intelligence and as the day starts, one is bounced with notifications from mobile handsets which tells you about the type of movies you should watch, the type of music you should listen, the type of revolutions you need to join, the type of food you need to eat, the difficult life from the political field, the expenditures and its never-ending stories. The question lies is how do you find yourself amongst all these. How is it possible to constantly motivate yourself amidst these online notifications, digital and discouraging physical world, when more than half of the world will let you know that ‘its difficult and you do not have the right skillset to do the same.” However, that isn’t true, yet we live agreeing to other people’s opinions and do the same mistake again and again.
Business and Entrepreneurship Astrology
If you are reading this personal thought of mine, then I will request you to focus on those small things of your life, where you showed extraordinariness. These moments may be that particular photograph, which brought smile in your face and you wonder how did you clicked such a brilliant snap or may be that simple art of message which changed completely another human’s life for higher good. These are the special talents which one have and in the midst of all those constant negative thoughts, work pressure, competition etc. it’s lost. It’s time to bring back the same in your lives.
Entrepreneurship or Starting your own Small Business is a wonderful feeling, as it makes you owner of your dreams with a message to the physical world, that my existence in this world is to do something innovative & creative through my special talents. India has to work a lot to infuse the concept of Small Business & Entrepreneurship in millions. It is well known that enterprise is a crucial engine of economic growth and without enterprise and entrepreneurs, there would be less innovations and few new jobs. Instead of getting frustrated in a formidable job and colleagues, it is better to try with one’s entrepreneurship ventures.
Business and Entrepreneurship Astrology
Researching on Astrology, I tried to find answers to the type of business and the areas of entrepreneurship, one should focus on. My analysis suggests that one should do entrepreneurship on a subject that is one’s passion. So, does astrology support this theory?
In my earlier articles, I have described how to get motivated, the importance of 7th house in Vedic astrology from the ascendant and also the importance of 1st house in vedic astrology. Entrepreneurship or Small Business can be seen by looking at your 3rd house, 7th house, 11th house and 12th house from ascendant and checking one’s exalted planets or strong planets in your chart. Even the Atmakaraka Planet, if well positioned, motivates the individual to follow Business in the sectors, influenced by the Atmakaraka. For detailed analysis, one also need to check the Astak varga system and Shadbala table of horoscope and other parameters.
12th house from the Ascendant plays a major role to see, if the business will cross continents. Among the various houses in a Vedic Horoscope, the 12th house is considered as the house for confinement, secluded places, high expenses, enlightenment, far-away places, lands, asceticism, Hospitals, Imprisonment etc. While many articles in ancient books also states that the 12th house is for wastage, stingy, sole, quietus, Restrictions, Expenses, Extra Marital Affairs, Left Eye etc.
Many have a premonition that 12th house is a house which is about expenses, confinement and is not good. To some extent it’s true, however personally after reading over the years, I understood that this house is one of the most opportune house for reversing one’s bad fortune into opportunities. In a way, entrepreneurship also states the same thing. It’s all about trying and not to sit and lament. The problem is we want immediate gains, which do happen, when we apply for a job and get the salary in the next month. However, as per Elisabeth Kubler Ross, a Swiss American Psychiatrist, the most beautiful people we have known are those who have known defeat, known suffering, known loss and have found their way out of those depths.
12th house in Vedic astrology plays a great part in one’s life and tend to do expense in those areas which the planet of 12th house controls. I have seen in many horoscopes that those having their 12th house lord as Saturn having Aquarius Ascendant are either in non-profits helping people or are political figures based on their interaction with masses. These people however, spends almost their entire money into construction activities due to planet Saturn. Let’s analyse a chart whose 12th house from Ascendant is zodiac Capricorn. The sign Capricorn is a sign which is described as a goat in western astrology and in the Indian tradition it is taken as a crocodile with the face and neck of a deer. Hard work, practicality and prudence are the key words to describe this sign ruled by Lord Saturn. Since 12th Sign is Capricorn and 10th house from Ascendant is Scorpio, its understood that the person may take up a challenging job as detective, CID, Police, Military Intelligence etc. If Planet Mercury sits with Sun in this house of Scorpio, the native may also take up Lectureship as per vedic astrology.
Business and Entrepreneurship Astrology
The divisional charts state a lot about one’s wishes on taking entrepreneurship ventures and persistent work on the same leads to success. While the 3rd house from the ascendant provides one with motivation and strength to move on after facing difficulties, the 7th house from ascendant deals with business and legal documents. Since the first house is 7th from the 7th house, so business and entrepreneurship dealings and wish is seen from the first house. So, the first house i.e the ascendant is not only about one’s appearance, but also about one’s inner strength to pursue one’s business. There are many astrological yoga which do help to understand about entrepreneurship opportunities in astrology and what types of business one is prone to. If the 7th Lord sits in the ascendant, then one will try to do business which is run by the self.
So, one may think that the name and fame of the individual will be due to the job and to some extent, it may be true, however, if the human can go forward with helping others by connecting with the masses in various forms, the same person’s name can cross boundaries of districts, states and countries based on the position of Saturn.
By the same logic and out of my understanding, I have seen many people becoming World Famous because of 12th house combinations since those are the things which you love to do and like spending on them. Expense means not only financial expense; it also means expense of energy. So, if you have to make your hobby into entrepreneurship, then do expense of energy for the 12th house activities. However, 12th house activities take time and puts forward innumerable challenges and if you can overcome the same, your name and fame crosses boundaries.
The 11th house from ascendant is the fifth house from the 7th house. So, any creativity in the business is analysed by this house. The more creative you are in your business, chances are there that it will flourish more and will have mass appeal. If there is a relation between the 11th and 7th house, it will lead to lots of creativity in business ventures.
Business and Entrepreneurship Astrology
Horoscopes do tell a lot about one individual and the soul’s inner wish. Continuous efforts in one’s goal will definitely lead to great success in days. So, does that mean that everyone can do business? The answer to this is partially ‘yes’ because everyone has a 7th house, 11th house, 1st house and 2nd house in Vedic Astrology. Now, we need to figure out as to what ways the astrological planets are placed and in the other divisional charts. But I strongly feel that if one’s intention is good and noble, everyone can succeed in the entrepreneurship ventures. You learn from your own failures and no matter even if your 7th lord is placed in the wrong house, wrong combination, debilitated, retrograde etc, you will succeed as all astrological planets gives results based on ones ‘free will’.
Type of business can also be determined by exalted planets in ones D1 chart. Any planets which is exalted and is placed in Kendra and in its own house or a friendly house can help in entrepreneurship opportunities. This is also determined by the types of Nakshatras these planets are placed, whether the planets are Ashwini Nakshatra ruled by Ketu, Bharini Nakshatra ruled by Venus, Krittika Nakshatra ruled by Sun, Rohini Nakshatra ruled by Moon, Mrigasira Nakshatra ruled by Mars, Ardra Nakshatra ruled by Rahu, Punarvasu Nakshatra ruled by Jupiter, Pushya Nakshtar ruled by Saturn, Ashlesha Nakshtara ruled by Mercury, Magha Nakshatra ruled by Ketu, Purva Phalguni Nakshatra ruled by Venus, Uttara Phalguni Nakshatra ruled by Sun, Hasta Nakshatra ruled by Moon, Chitra Nakshatra ruled by Mars, Swati Nakshtara ruled by Rahu, Vishakha Nakshatra ruled by Jupiter, Anuradha Nakshatra ruled by Saturn, Jyestha Nakshatra ruled by Mercury, Mula Nakshatra ruled by Ketu, Purva Ashadha Nakshatra ruled by Venus, Uttara Ashadha ruled by Sun, Abhijit Nakshatra which is from 6 degree 40 minutes to 10 degree to 53 minutes in Capricorn, Shravana Nakshatra ruled by Moon, Dhanishta nakshatra ruled by Mars, shatabhishek Nakshatra ruled by Rahu, Purva Bhadra Nakshatra ruled by Jupiter, Uttara Bhadra Nakshatra ruled by Saturn and Revati Nakshatra ruled by Mercury.
So, each astrological planets will give different results when situated in a particular house in a particular nakshatra. That will determine the type of liking one will have on a subject in which you want to go for entrepreneurship.
Horoscope Chart of a famous Writer:

Let’s take another example of a writer who wrote on fantasy world and her books crossed borders. She struggled in her initial years to publish her book and no publisher wanted to publish the same from an unknown writer. Once the first book got published, her name and fame spread across countries with Hollywood movies made on her book.
Let’s analyse the Vedic Horoscope chart, which I obtained from one of the astrological websites. From the above chart it is observed that her ascendant is Libra and the 12th house from Lagna/Ascendant is is Mercury which is sitting in her 11th house of Leo along with the Moon. The planet of finances is situated in the 12th house of Mercury which also meant that apart from writing, she may have to lose her immediate family. Lets now focus only on her own venture that is ‘Writing Entrepreneurship’ and that is the 12th house.
Mercury rules her 12th house and with Mars sitting on the same, she will be prone to writing, but writing under challenges from her own family. She has to meet the challenge which can be emotional and yet focus out of great challenges to go on with her writings/communication skills. Finally successful, she established her name and fame as a writer. Now look at the 5th house from the ascendant, here planet Saturn is placed in the same sign of creativity, which states that are writings will be a treasure for the masses. That’s what happened with her.
When I was in Bangalore, India, I have seen in Newspaper reports that people were standing from 4 am to get the first copy of her book. Well, all these were not done in a day specially with the 12th house, which brings enormous challenges and obstacles, which ultimately leads to great success. So, spend some time with your hobby and inner talent as per your 12th house and one can start doing entrepreneurship on the same to move forward in life. When you focus on the 12th house, remember a quotation from Dita Von Teese, an famous Dancer that Some Days are just bad days, that’s all. You have to Experience sadness to know happiness and I remind myself that not everyday is going to be a good day, that’s just the way it is!

In today’s world, unemployment ratio is increasing day by day and based on the ancient science of Vedic astrology I came to a conclusion that it’s not always the job or profession which can provide one with a steady income, but there are many business or entrepreneurship activities which if explored can provide better financial gains. We live in a society where we feel safe to work under the guidance of some other individual and in some other’s successful ventures. However, seeing the greater challenges in entrepreneurship, we tend to take up an established organization’s job. An analysis suggest that across 62 economies of the globe, more than two-thirds of the adult population believe that entrepreneurs are well-regarded and enjoy high status within their societies. As per the Entrepreneurship Monitor, around 60% of adults, in all three economic development groups, believe that more media attention is gained by entrepreneurs. It has been analysed by some experts based on their introspection that on an average two-thirds of the adult population in the efficiency-driven economies consider starting a business a good career choice, in comparison to around 60% in innovation-driven economies. Now let’s take the examples of some countries. It has been observed from a report that Africa is the region reporting the most positive attitudes towards entrepreneurship, with three quarters of working-age adults considering entrepreneurship a good career choice while 77% believe that entrepreneurs are admired in their societies. On the other hand, it is seen that Latin America and the Caribbean reports the lowest proportion of adults believing that entrepreneurs are highly regarded (63%), while continent Europe has the lowest belief in entrepreneurship as a good career. Some 58% people may share this view. However, on an average globally almost 40% to 50 % of working age adults see good opportunities for starting a business through this entrepreneurship skills.
Now coming back once again to the D1 or Lagna Chart, in Vedic astrology, money houses are the 2nd House from the ascendant, 5th House, 7th House, 10th House and the 11th House. Let’s observe here that Bhur has the meaning of Earth, which is the abode of Humans and Mercury or the intellect rules here. Hence though the mantra tells about the Earth, Sun and Moon, it helps us to understand the importance of Intellect.

As I sat down to write this article, I turned my attention to a question that has intrigued me: How can India strengthen its financial footing? Looking at India’s astrological chart, I did not focus on recent planetary transits or Dasha cycles but rather on the broader influences that shape the nation’s destiny.
India, with its Taurus Ascendant and Cancer Moon Sign, bears the presence of ‘Anant’ Kalsarpa Yoga in a descending order. Ishta Devata is the term in Hinduism for a worshipper’s personal preferred deity. In English Language, I just out of my own thought named the same as ‘Guardian God’.
It can be a celestial deity whom one always focuses on. The celestial deity becomes one’s guardian in all circumstances. In this world, most people are unhappy because they face many problems. Amongst all these obstacles, some get their strength, and some couldn’t sail through. The question arises as what would happen, if you can’t go through the problem and the same persists. What is there in some people, who exists and fights amongst the problems and tirelessly go on with their efforts. What is that strength that helps them? Is it faith? Is it their inner motivation or is it just destiny? It’s difficult to answer these questions as I have seen many strong people crumble when mountainous like problem comes in front of them. They see the mountain and they think that it cannot be moved. They stop and the world stops for them.
But life has to move on and we all need to move ahead. We need to perform the duties or fulfil the reason for which we were born on this planet Earth. If the same reason remains unfulfilled, our task remains incomplete. We need to understand that anything in life is not permanent, it’s temporary. What was yours today, will be someone else’s tomorrow. It’s just the cycle of life.
So, why it is important for anyone to know one’s ‘Ishta’. What has someone to do with One’s Personal Deity and why is it important? Your ‘Ishta’ Dev/Devi may not be same as someone else and the opposite may also be true. Any two individuals can have the same ‘Ishta’. So, generally as per people and their feelings, what happens when one comes in contact with one’s Ishta? That simply means that one starts finding oneself.
There is always a personal feeling as said by many that when they find their ‘Ishta’, they find their ‘life’ and this birth becomes beautiful & simple. This is a strange connect which one feels, when one hear about any holy deity, any holy soul or some forms of Mother Nature, which is a source of inspiration. It’s just which makes you – ‘YOU’.
When I lost my father, Prof Prodip Mazumder in the month of April, 2020 due to brain stroke and subsequently heart attack, I was miserable and was not in a position to get through. There were lot of problems and even my astrology write-ups and interests were diminishing. But somehow after my research for many months, I was not able to understand who my ‘Ishta’ was.
There are various theories about finding one’s Ishta. It is said that the 5th house from the Ascendant Lord and its Over-lord becomes one’s Ishta. Then there are other theories which states that the 9th Lord from its Ascendant and its Overlord becomes the Ishta Devta. There is one more theory that the Atmakaraka Planet wherever it sits in Navamsha, becomes the Karakamsha and from the Karakamsha, the 12th house lord need to be analysed and the planets sitting in the 12th house sign, it’s strength and it’s overlord helps in understanding the Ishta Devata.
There are times as per some sages, Ishta Devata is the God, whom we prayed in our previous births and the feeling related to that God/Goddess comes automatically in this birth. So, whatever be the astrological calculations, if one is inclined by birth to one particular God that becomes its Ishta Devata or Guardian God in this birth. This is what I have found out in my own research.
But then you should not be of the view that your ‘Ishta’ will relieve you from all your problems and give you abundance. It’s not so. It’s all about finding ‘oneself’, when one hear about one’s own personal deity. This calms one’s mind and one get connected to that eternal divinity.
It’s also a fact that in rare occasions one’s ‘Ishta’ tries to connect with you, but because of one’s busyness, hectic work schedule, personal problems, one cannot get connected and understand one’s personal deity, the holy soul or any form of Mother Nature, who is actually one’s spiritual Guardian for this birth. Thankfully, I completed my astrological research and I understood my ‘Ishta Dev’, from my own Horoscope and also through my natural instinct.
So, when you get connected to your ‘Ishta’, you are supposed to get the strength to face the world in a new way. Its faith which makes one to move forward and even a mountain problem also seems to be small. This is all from me, on one’s ‘Ishta’ and finding oneself.

Stars in the skies and their studies have always fascinated human beings from ages. It’s been a lifetime experience to watch the open sky and see the beauty of the night horizon. Sometimes, we use to think, is there a end to this concept called ‘Universe’. Billions and billions of Stars and the rocky gaseous solids occupy the empty space in this vastness. Do these stars have some effect on humans and other living beings? The question also arises as to what effect does these astrological planets and stars have on our soul and physical body. Does situations around us changes due to the aspect of these billions of stars or it’s just an human imagination? As these questions circles around our mind, we try to analyse the happenings due to the aspect of other planets on this flying Rock.
Our Planet Earth has almost three fourth of water and our body also contains water as the most important component. These high and low tides are caused due to the gravitation effect of the planet Moon. Science has great explanations regarding the phenomenon. It is said that there are two points where the Moon through its gravitational pulls the water and these are the sub-lunar and the antipodal points. It’s seen that the ocean bulging is highest right over those spots. But does that also mean that the Moon gravitation pull also has some or the other effect on the water and other liquids present in the human body, which leads to different types of effects on individuals? These need to be analysed and personally, I have felt that during Full Moon, I have a different experience than during other times. So, does the cosmic sky and its movements have different types of effects on we humans. It may be and may not be. Some practical and rational mind may contradict my thoughts but there may be research going on, as to how these massive gaseous planets which rotates in the universe affect Earth and in turn us. As per NASA, research on the role of gravity in space and its effects on the growth of plants, it is dedicated to systematic studies that explores the role of gravity, which plays at all stages in the life of higher plants. The research focuses on the interaction of gravity and other environmental factors with the plant systems, and which uses hyper gravity, simulated hypo gravity and micro gravity as tools to advance fundamental knowledge of plant biology.
So, the concept lies, if these billions of planets in the universe has its direct effect on us. In previous times, as per Vedic Astrology, only 9 planets directly use to affect us and our events in this planet. So, based on the position of the Stars in the sky exactly during birth, the Astrologers use to make their charts to predict the happenings of the events. The same holds true today with predictions done based on those nine planets. In the Western Astrology three more planets which was discovered in the later stages is counted and these are Uranus, Pluto, and Neptune. So, at times, there are events, which may not be analysed with the presence of the planets Sun, Moon, Saturn, Mercury, Venus, Rahu and Ketu. Here please note that the planet Rahu is considered to be the North Node of the Moon and Planet Ketu is known as the South Node of the Moon.
Let us discuss this planet Uranus, which is the seventh planet from the Sun and as per NASA these is the third largest in diameter in the Solar System. Being very cold and windy, it’s an ice giant and has 27 moons circling the planet. It takes 84 Earth years to rotate around the Sun. That means an entire generation is likely to have the same placement of Uranus in an Astrological Chart and may act in similar ways. This has its explanation as to why we find an entire generation focused on a particular agenda and may act quite similar. This planet is 4 times larger than the Earth. So, in astrology, does the planet Saturn has some similarity with this planet Uranus? It is said that the planet Uranus has two sets of rings. The outer ring is blue just like the planet Saturn. Hence, what does it mean in terms of Astrology. Uranus do at times act like Saturn in terms of its effect as per Astrology.
The other planet which is around 3.6 billion miles from the Sun is the small planet Pluto, which is a mountainous, glacier, valley crater, very cold planet mainly composed of Nitrogen, Methane and carbon -dioxide. Planet Pluto as per NASA is only about 1,400 miles wide. Hence, it is just half the width of the United States. Pluto is full of mystery and hence in Astrology it has a special significance. It’s just like a mirror as well as a mystery, where we are yet to know the unknown. It’s like the unknown, which you may need to face. It takes 248 earth Hours to rotate round the planet Sun.
There is another important planet, which needs to be mentioned here is Neptune. Its very cold, dark and with super-sonic winds and is four times larger than Earth. Neptune takes about 165 Earth Years to rotate around the Sun. Neptune has 14 known moons which are named after sea gods and nymphs in Greek mythology. Neptune denotes the vastness and if it squares Moon, one can feel the vastness of the mind.
From ages, the sages use to look at these stars in the sky to predict as to what is going to happen in one’s life. They used to look and calculate through the Hindu traditions of calculating degrees through the Nakshatra’s. In a horoscope the 360 degrees are calculated into 27 Nakshatras. Actually, there were 28 Nakshatra’s, and the Abhijeet Nakshatra is merged into the 27 Nakshatras.
Each of this Nakshatra has its own ruling deity and these plays a major role in deciding and understanding the characteristics of the individuals. When a human soul takes birth, it is born in a particular Nakshatra. That determines the type of the individual and based on the position of other planets in various Nakshatras, a future is predicted. Even each of these Nakshatras are divided into various padas of 3 degree 20 minutes each, which again helps to understand the power and aspect of the planet situation in that particular degree. There are 27 Nakshatras and these are Ashwini, Bharani, Krittika, Rohini, Mrighasira, Ardra, Punarvasu, Pushya, Ashlesha, Magha, Purva Phalguni, Uttara Phalguni, Hasta, Chitra, Swati, Vishaka, Anuradha, Jyestha, Moola, Purvashada, Uttarashada, Sharavan, Dhanishta, Shatabisha, Purvabhadra, Uttarabhadra, and Revati.
The moon takes around 27 days to circle the zodiac. So each day, the Moon has to cover almost thriteen degrees. Hence, when we see the Moon each night, we see a change in the position of the Moon. In earlier times, when 28 nakshatras were calculated, the movement of the moon was less than these aforementioned degrees. Based on the placement of the Moon, one’s birth Nakshatra is determined, and the predictions are done. Even the names of the individuals are given seen the birth Nakshatra, as per Vedic astrology. It is said that the sky has many mysteries and one who has the gift to understand these mysteries through the mathematical calculations can predict wonders.
Have you heard about the Seven Sages or Sapta Rishis? Which stars use to symbolize them. Its really interesting that these stars were more illuminated in the night sky than any other stars. Ancient Sages, use to look into the stars in the open sky and use to predict. Many a times, they were perfect in their calculations. Even in some beliefs the pole star was symbolized as Lord Vishnu. These stars of the zodiacal belt had a tremendous influence on us and it was believed that particular movements of these Stars helped to calculate a event.
These nakshatras arose from the spiritual plane of the cosmic skies. The Nakshatras were all about connecting oneself with the cosmic powers and taking one’s human thoughts to the cosmic mind. Each cosmic planets and its position in a nakshatra have a story to tell.
Generally, if a planet is present in a Nakshatra, it gives results of its lord. In some textures it is said that if a planet is situated in a Nakshatra, it tends to bring some qualities of the respective deities on the individual. Each Nakshatra is divided into 9 Subdivisions and each one has ownership lord which will be one of the 9 planets. These are called the Sub Lords. It is generally assumed the Sub Lord is powerful than the Nakshatra and Nakshatra Lord is powerful than the planet.
Hence the importance of Nakshatra’s in one’s life is very important.Many important astrological predictions can be done through by analyzing the Nakshatra’s in one’s life. I find the same very interesting and is trying to understand life through this system of ‘Nakshatra’s.

Nakshatra Astrology have always fascinated me right from the time, when I started reading about Vedic Astrology. A vedic horoscope chart has twelve houses and each house has Nakshatras. These Nakshatras are in turn divided into four padas. Each Padas is ruled by a planet. Hence the degree in which the planets are positioned also helps to understand a happening in one’s life. Out of my curiosity about the subject, I started doing my own research on the subject. Hence, I started reading many books and ancient scriptures on the same. After all these readings, I came to my own conclusion that Nakshatras play a very important part in vedic astrology. It’s through this study, one can understand an event and as to why a person acts in a particular way.
It’s a true fact that Astrology is a very ancient science preached and practiced by our saints, sages and nobles and was a divine gift to us. To me it’s a very complex mathematical calculations based on the position of the planets. It’s these calculations, which help us to understand better an event or a happening. The Ascendant which rises in the east at the time of the birth (the cusp of first house on the eastern Horizon) plays a very important part in Vedic Astrology. In Vedic Astrology, the planets Sun and other luminary Moon, plays a very important part in a life of an individual. You see the planet Sun illuminates the entire chart and it’s the light which spreads all across the zodiac. Hence, if the power of Sun is less in any individual horoscope, that may create some struggles in one’s life. Sun is the energy which is the reason for the entire creation. Hence, special importance is given to the Lord Sun in Vedic astrology.
There are so many methods of house divisions in astrology and its is said that Krishnamurti Padhdhati is very popular. There are various other methods, however I feel that Krishnamurti Padhdhati is good as I also follow the same. So, the prime requirement of making a Vedic horoscope is that we need to know the Longitude and Latitude of the place, Local Mean Time (LMT), Sidereal Time of the LMT, Table of Houses and the K.P Ephemeris. Many of you may think that what is this Sidereal Time. Well, it’s derived from the Earth’s rotation with respect to the Stars and it is measure of the Earth’s rotation with respect to Vernal Equinox, which has a retrograde motion.
All the zodiacs are divided into three types – Northern & Southern Signs, The Equinoctal Signs and the Tropical Signs. Apart from the Nine planets, I also give importance to the planets Uranus, Neptune and Pluto.

The Moon is the basis of the heavenly clock. Numerology or the power of numbers play a very significant role in understanding an event as per the belief of those, who have faith in this science. Let’s first understand the importance of Numbers. The moment you wake up, you see the clock, which has some specified numbers. It may be 6 o clock, 7 o clock or any other time, which is again a combination of numbers. The date on which one goes to work is also a set of numbers, the vehicle on which one sits to go to office is also a set of numbers, the cash ones transact with any vendors is also numbers. Hence, you can observe that everything in this world and the universe is ruled by numbers. Let’s take the example of a solar system. In this solar system, you can find that the entire universe is subjected to the number of stars which has, the number of planets, the type of satellites found around the planets, the distance in between the planets etc., which are all numbers. If you closely have a look, one can find that from birth to death, its just numbers and in most cases – its just a series of numbers. So, if you closely have a look, the entire business, the very existence of economics, financials are all based on numbers. In olden days, people use to have a type of barter system, where it was said that one need to give one item based on the number of things provided. At those times, there was no currency system. Even after the invention of the currency system, it is now full of numbers. Hence, everywhere it’s all about numbers.
It’s difficult to come to conclusion as to when and how the use of Numbers came into existence, however it’s quite clear that all these started from pre-historic times. The Pythagorean and Chaldean school of numbers are the most used. Chaldean Numerology is older, but Pythagorean system of numbers is far more popular as far my analysis goes. However, I try to use to both the form of Numerology calculation to understand the path and the things which may occur in one’s life. As per many numerologists, the Pythagorean Numerology has its origin from the West, The Chaldean Numerology has its origin from Ancient Babylon and The Kabbalah Numerology has its origin from Hebrew Mysticism.
Pythagoras was considered a great mathematician. He was born in Greece in the 6th Century and is also known as the Father of Modern Numerology. As per some reports, Pythagoras has been recorded that he has spent many years of study in Egypt and have also moved to other parts of the world to learn this ancient science. However, it is said that after his death around 500 BC, his students and followers started using this ancient science.

Hence 9 becomes the life path number of the individual.
So, lets analyze in general as to what may be the strengths and weakness of a person having a particular Life Path for the year 2022. Please note that this is very general thought based on just Life Path and not considering all other parameters like Birth Date, Personal Year, Personal Month, Personal Date, Pinnacle Cycle, Challenge Number etc. This is just a thought based on the Universal Year and one’s Life Path number.
Before taking you to this thought as stated in my previous article, let me take you through my own analysis about the numbers and it’s energies.
Now, let us speak about the vibrational aspects of the numbers One to Nine. Each of these numbers have a particular vibration of their own. Infact, our whole world is about responding to vibrational patterns or creating them by one or the other means. These vibrational patterns may be in line with the better thoughts of people, or it may not be harmonious. If you take any planets in the universe, each has its own vibration and through these vibrations, their patterns and their way of influencing us, we human beings are evolved. In some cultures, in the world, most of these patterns are in the way of the assertive, which may be called as the yang -masculine, or the passive, which is known as the yin feminine or the harmonious pattern. Let us discuss these patterns in detail:
Numbers And Energies:
Number 1:
As the number, so is its vibration. Its all about having a willful nature, who wants to lead in any circumstances. It’s also about being selfish for one’s own agenda and putting ones own need before others, regardless of personal consequences. Its also about being boastful about one’s work done and being a bit impulsive. On the passive side, its all about being dependent and fearful of making any decisions or taking any initiative. Number 1 have the strength to go forward, but somewhere do not like to express themselves openly due to sudden fear. Hence, it needs the support of number 3 or number 9 to move forward.
Number 2:
As the number goes, its always about team building and co-operation. The number 2’s are great in making a great team and on the assertive side they are arbitrary, strident and sometimes they may be dishonest in their approach. There are also times, when they over-look details and try to create a division. On the passive side this number is all about their inability to take a stand and often found vacillating and fault finding. However, this number is great at being diplomatic and their ability to infuse great ideas amongst different groups.
Number 3:
This number is all about self-expression and creativity. However, they may sometimes be very superficial and likes to gossip. They sometimes need to leave the ‘I’ word and move with the ‘We’. Sometimes, they dislike getting practical and likes to live in an imaginary world. On the passive side, they lack the concentration and though they are blessed with much of creativity, these people lack the concentration. They have a proper gift of speech and could influence.
Number 4:
These number is all about hard work and reliability. Though the number has stubbornness and sees one way of doing certain things and may lack emotional stability. However, on the passive side the number 4 can be lazy and can resist new methods and can be narrow in their own thought process. However, the number 4 is loyal and fulfils a given task very well.
Number 5:

Many people in this world have questions on Astrology and many people write to me suggesting their views on the subject. Some emails are such types, where they outrightly say that they do not believe in any of the things written by any astrologers. Many people are frustrated by showing their horoscopes to astrologers, doing the remedies suggested and then they write that they have seen so much of this astrology, that they are not interested in this subject. I do understand that not all astrologers can be hundred percent accurate and some may be only 20 percent right and these varies from astrologers to astrologers based on their calculations, their thoughts, analysis and views. It’s also true that a horoscope Chart may be seen within a second, but I feel that I do a different type of calculations and it needs time. Let me discuss in general about ‘Nakshatras’. Today as I write, Astrological planet Moon is transiting through the Swati Nakshatra. Today is also Amavasya that is a dark night, where we will not be able to see the Moon. The Planet Sun is also in Libra Ascendant and as the Moon starts closing in to the Sun, it loses its strength and becomes combust, resulting in a dark night. The science of Astrology seems to be very fascinating. I was personally extremely sad at one point, when I received some messages in my social networking sites, which were not appropriate as per my understanding about ‘Astrology’ as a subject. It did not matter, whether you believe in this ancient science or have your own thoughts, personally I believe that this ancient Vedic science, which has many tales to tell. Hence, in this article, I thought of writing about this. I am fascinated about Vedic Astrology, because to me its all about mathematical calculations and the same I can see happening in the cosmic skies. I wrote about the same in one of my previous astrology articles. However, with the constant encouragement of my better half and wonderful readers like you, I again started writing my articles, which are my personal thoughts and may not match with other astrologers or fortune tellers.
Coming to my discussion points on Swati Nakshatra, the astrological planet Moon is transiting today i.e 4th November, 2011 at 14:27 hours India time, I am really fascinated about this Nakshatra. This Nakshatra is ruled by the revolutionary planet Rahu. The ruling deity about this nakshatra is Vayu, the God of the wind. The symbol of this Nakshatra is Coral. The body part which this nakshatra rules is Chest. The Gana of this Nakshatra is divine and the special sounds of this Nakshatra is Ru, Ray, Ra, Ta.
Now what does this Nakshatra symbolises. This nakshatra symbolizes the Sword. In today’s world, we write all the details in a laptop or through a pen. Now, it depends through our writing, what exactly will happen in the minds of the reader. It can give some positive outcome or some negative outcome. That’s the reason, long back, it was said that the Pen is mightier than the sword. Similarly, these Sword can be used either for good or bad purposes. These people generally cut across the obstacles of their path through any competition and moves ahead to create their own empire. The devata of Swati is Vayu and it rules the material world along with Agni (The Fire) and Surya (The Sun God). Its also said in some ancient scriptures that Vayu (Wind) is the manifestation of Kubera. As most of us are aware that Kubera is the God of Wealth. The opposite of this nakshatra is the Bharani Nakshatra, where a child is born but is dependent on the mother. Here in this Nakshatra the soul tends to be free. Saturn is also connected to longevity and hence this Nakshatra is also related to longevity. That’s the basics of breathing techniques. The more one follows the breathing techniques, the so-called Pranayama, the body and soul is rejuvenated. This nakshatra is ruled by Rahu and it’s connected to the astrological planet Saturn and hence this planet is exalted here. The ego in this nakshatra just vanishes. But does that also mean that the Moon gravitation pull also has some or the other effect on the water and other liquids present in the human body, which leads to different types of effects on individuals? These need to be analyzed and personally, I have felt that during Full Moon, I have a different experience than during other times. So, does the cosmic sky and its movements have different types of effects on we humans. It may be and may not be. Some practical and rational mind may contradict my thoughts but there may be researches going on, as to how these massive gaseous planets which rotates in the universe affect Earth and in turn us.
Nakshatra Astrology:
As per NASA, research on the role of gravity in space and its effects on the growth of plants, it is dedicated to systematic studies that explores the role of gravity, which plays at all stages in the life of higher plants. The research focuses on the interaction of gravity and other environmental factors with the plant systems and which uses hyper gravity, simulated hypo gravity and micro gravity as tools to advance fundamental knowledge of plant biology.
So, the concept lies, if these billions of planets in the universe has its direct effect on us. In previous times, as per Vedic Astrology, only 9 planets directly use to affect us and our events in this planet. So, based on the position of the Stars in the sky exactly during birth, the Astrologers use to make their charts to predict the happenings of the events. The same holds true today with predictions done based on those nine planets. In the Western Astrology three more planets which was discovered in the later stages is counted and these are Uranus, Pluto and Neptune. So, at times, there are events, which may not be analyzed with the presence of the planets Sun, Moon, Saturn, Mercury, Venus, Rahu and Ketu. Here please note that the planet Rahu is considered to be the North Node of the Moon and Planet Ketu is known as the South Node of the Moon.
Nakshatra Astrology:
Let us discuss this planet Uranus, which is the seventh planet from the Sun and as per NASA these is the third largest in diameter in the Solar System. Being very cold and windy, its an ice giant and has 27 moons circling the planet. It takes 84 Earth years to rotate around the Sun. That means an entire generation is likely to have the same placement of Uranus in an Astrological Chart and may act in similar ways. This has its explanation as to why we find an entire generation focused on a particular agenda and may act quite similar. This planet is 4 times larger than the Earth. So, in astrology, does the planet Saturn has some similarity with this planet Uranus? It is said that the planet Uranus has two sets of rings. The outer ring is blue just like the planet Saturn. Hence, what does it mean in terms of Astrology. Uranus do at times act like Saturn in terms of its effect as per Astrology.
Nakshatra Astrology:
The other planet which is around 3.6 billion miles from the Sun is the small planet Pluto, which is a mountainous, glacier, valley crater, very cold planet mainly composed of Nitrogen, Methane and carbon -dioxide. Planet Pluto as per NASA is only about 1,400 miles wide. Hence, it is just half the width of the United States. Pluto is full of mystery and hence in Astrology it has a special significance. Its just like a mirror as well as a mystery, where we are yet to know the unknown. Its like the unknown, which you may need to face. It takes 248 earth Hours to rotate round the planet Sun.
Nakshatra Astrology:
There is another important planet, which needs to be mentioned here is Neptune. Its very cold, dark and with super-sonic winds and is four times larger than Earth. Neptune takes about 165 Earth Years to rotate around the Sun. Neptune has 14 known moons which are named after sea gods and nymphs in Greek mythology. Neptune denotes the vastness and if it squares Moon, one can feel the vastness of the mind.
From ages, the sages use to look at these stars in the sky to predict as to what is going to happen in one’s life. They use to look and calculate through the Hindu traditions of calculating degrees through the Nakshatra’s. In a horoscope the 360 degrees are calculated into 27 Nakshatras. Actually, there were 28 Nakshatra’s and the Abhijeet Nakshtra is merged into the 27 Nakshatras.
Each of this Nakshatra has its own ruling deity and also these plays a major role in deciding and understanding the characteristics of the individuals. When a human soul takes birth, it is born in a particular Nakshatra. That determines the type of the individual and based on the position of other planets in various Nakshatras, a future is predicted. Even each of these Nakshatras are divided into various padas of 3 degree 20 minutes each, which again helps to understand the power and aspect of the planet situation in that particular degree. There are 27 Nakshatras and these are Ashwini, Bharani, Krittika, Rohini, Mrighasira, Ardra, Punarvasu, Pushya, Ashlesha, Magha, Purva Phalguni, Uttara Phalguni, Hasta, Chitra, Swati, Vishaka, Anuradha, Jyestha, Moola, Purvashada, Uttarashada, Sharavan, Dhanishta, Shatabisha, Purvabhadra, Uttarabhadra, and Revati.
The moon takes around 27 days to circle the zodiac. So each day, the Moon has to cover almost thriteen degrees. Hence, when we see the Moon each night, we see a change in the position of the Moon. In earlier times, when 28 nakshatras were calculated, the movement of the moon was less than this aforementioned degrees. Based on the placement of the Moon, one’s birth Nakshatra is determined and the predictions are done. Even the names of the individuals are given seen the birth Nakshatra, as per vedic astrology. It is said that the sky has many mysteries and one who has the gift to understand these mysteries through the mathematical calculations can predict wonders.
Have you heard about the Seven Sages or Sapta Rishis? Which stars use to symbolize them. Its really interesting that these stars were more illuminated in the night sky than any other stars. Ancient Sages, use to look into the stars in the open sky and use to predict. Many a times, they were perfect in their calculations. Even in some beliefs the pole star was symbolized as Lord Vishnu. These stars of the zodiacal belt had a tremendous influence on us and it was believed that particular movements of these Stars helped to calculate a event.
Nakshatra Astrology:
These nakshatras arose from the spiritual plane of the cosmic skies. The Nakshatras were all about connecting oneself with the cosmic powers and taking ones human thoughts to the cosmic mind. Each cosmic planets and its position in a nakshatra has a story to tell.
It is written in the Atharva Veda XIV.1.13 that ‘The bridal train of the Sun Goddess comes, with the Sun God has set in motion. In Magha (Leo), the cows are slain, in the Phalgunis (Virgo), she is wed.’ ( As per the David Frawley – Gods, Sages and Kings – Vedic Secrets of Ancient Civilization)

Depression is very common these days. As per the World Health Organization, more than 264 million people of all ages suffer from depression. These is a major cause of disability worldwide and a major contributor to most diseases. Today’s high-tech world and their aspirations have led to thoughts of instant satisfaction and gratification. We have become so internet social that we have now removed ourselves from becoming social in real life. Virtual life and their pros and cons have started affecting us in a lot of ways. Viewing screens almost 12 hours a day, lead to mixed reactions and creation of a world, which is far distant from reality. This is my personal feelings. The happiness of getting a physical letter in one’s home, the art of writing a letter to one’s near and dear ones, the happiness of waiting for a serial to view at night, the feel of a physical book, the sound of rain amongst the leaves, the sound of stream in the midst of a forest etc all have now replaced with artificial sounds, virtual screen timings etc. This leads to late sleep and waking up late for starting a day, which ultimately makes a human dejected in life. I feel that all these may give rise to lethargy, less activeness, negative thoughts, less creativity and may lead to depression.
Depression is generally separate from usual mood fluctuations. It is often observed that almost 76% and 85% of people in low- and middle-income countries receive no treatment for this type of disorders. Sometimes barriers to effective treatment, lack of resources, lack of trained healthcare providers and a social stigma associated with mental disorders leads to increase in the problem. According to a research from Harvard University, the cause of depression is a result of a chemical imbalance. As per the research depression doesn’t spring from simply having too much or too little of certain brain chemicals. Rather, there are many possible causes of depression.

So, how can one understand from the spiritual point of view the subject – depression. In astrology, depression may have many causes and it can be due to the following astrological combinations:
An afflicted Moon, which can cause problems in the mind.
An afflicted Mercury, which can cause problems with the nervous system along with communication.
Hence, to understand about depression, the moon needs to be majorly affected. Now, the question comes, as to when does the Moon gets maximum affliction. The following conditions may help to understand:
If the Moon is in the 6th house, 8th house and 12th house from the Ascendant in the D1 chart of an individual and is in aspect with the astrological planet Rahu, Ketu and Saturn, then there is a chance of depression.
If the Moon is positioned and is in aspect with all the three astrological planets Rahu, Ketu and Saturn, it may lead to depression.
If the Moon is afflicted in the D1 chart and also in the D9 chart, this may lead to depression.
If the Moon is deep combusted by Sun and afflicted by Karmic planets like Rahu, Ketu and Saturn and there is no good aspect from Jupiter, it may lead to depression.
Depression may also happen, when Mercury is very weak in the chart and have very less power. It can also be due to the fact if the planet Mercury is at Planetary War with some planets and had extremely become weak due to the conjunction. If the Moon is deep combusted and have less power and if is too weak in D1 chart, chances of depression may happen.
If planet Mercury is in very close conjunction with astrological planet Rahu, then the person may have the tendency to say things, which may not be true. The person, thinks and feels that what the person is speaking might be true. Now, with this combination, if Moon gets afflicted and have very less power in the birth chart, chances of depression arise.
If planet Mercury falls in Rahu and Ketu axis and if the ascendant falls in the Virgo ascendant, then chances of depression arise.

But then can astrology find effective solutions to these problems as well as the question arises, if a horoscope chart of an individual can tell whether that human is likely to suffer from depression? Well in my analysis, I feel that understanding the strength of planet Moon and astrological planet Mercury is the key towards coming to a conclusion if the person is suffering from depression.
But does that mean that it’s only astrological planet Moon and Mercury, which plays a role in any analysis to understand, if any human is suffering from depression or not? In my own personal analysis, I feel that for any subject related to mind, the brain has a great role to play. So, sometimes, I feel, if planet Sun does play a role in understanding if a person is likely to suffer from mind related problems. When we speak about medical astrology, I feel that we need to consider all these aspects before coming to a logical conclusion from a spiritual level.
Now, let’s see a condition for Virgo Ascendant and Libra Ascendant, where Sun falls in the 12th House for Virgo Ascendant and Sun gets debilitated in Libra Ascendant. In both the examples, if in the D1 chart, Sun gets afflicted or debilitated, then I personally feel that the human may likely to suffer from depression. It may not be a severe depression but the chances or probability of having negative thoughts cannot be ignored. Obviously, the question arises as do every person who have negative thoughts lead to depression? The answer is negative and the reason is persistent regular negative thoughts lead to depression. Hence, in a D1 or Ascendant chart, if planet Sun, along with planet Moon and Planet Mercury have less strengths, then there is a chance of having depression.
In any horoscope planet Sun and planet Moon, plays a very important part. In this Galaxy, Sun lights up the sky. Its because of Sun, we exist and all living species including human beings can survive. Its through it’s light, we gain positivity. Hence, does Sun light have a connection with our mind and how we think. I leave this to my readers to analyse and comment.
Similarly, planet Moon’s existence is required to bring softness on this planet earth. It has a serene energy and hence many poets have written great poetry about ‘Moon Light’. Without Moon energy, it’s also difficult for plants to grow. As high tides and low tides happen, similarly the movement of the Moon also aspects our mind as per Spirituality. So, the movement of the astrological planet Moon do have a great part to play about one’s mind. This is my personal view.
I feel that a strong Sun and a strong Moon helps one to overcome depression. Mercury also needs to be strong and placed in a good house to have good and positive thoughts and sound sleep for having a positive mind. In this article I am not speaking about the divisional charts to understand the phenomenon better. However, there is another planet, which if strengthened can also help one to move out of depression and that is planet Mars.
So, how does astrological planet Mars help in uplifting of mood? In today’s world, whatever good we are going to achieve can be seen as a distant truth, as there is so much of competition, struggles and so many tribulations. The reason is that we often start comparing with others and do not understand, what is to be done to move forward. The obvious answer to it is that we need to have more focus on our works and our efforts. In Astrology, it’s the planet Mars, which gives us strength to fight, courage to move forward and is the source of energy in the physical body.

As one goes deep into detailed analysis, one can observe that Planet Sun, Moon, Mercury and Mars have a role to play in depression. So, one need to strengthen these planets so as to reduce the effects of the afflictions. This is from the Medical Astrology point of view.

The World is now having shortage of jobs. The reason can be attributed to various parameters, including the present pandemic situation. Have we ever thought that one day, we can start our own venture, something in the form of small business? Many of us do and some of us think otherwise. Let me take a small moment and state one of my experience. It was dark and as I moved home from my office, tension gripped me for my next day office assignments, which takes much of my private time. I had a strong aversion to these tasks which makes me shorten my personal time with concomitant anxiety, tensions and another related phenomenon. This is not a censorious talk based on the fact that I am a workaholic. Understanding this, one day I came across an unknown citizen of this mother Earth selling Tea in one corner of the globe who was equally tensed and with a smiling face managed his ‘own business’. Speaking with this human incognito, I understood, what does it mean to be an Entrepreneur, even though you are in stress, you actually work for your OWN organization or business.
I was listening to one entrepreneur a few days back and his struggling tales about small business. Brooding on his unhappy thoughts about job and his stress, he started his own small business based on his inner talent. Life is all about ideas and its these concepts which makes one life fruitful. It’s all about those small things which makes you get interested and you try to pursue those talents to make your life meaningful. Over the years, I have understood that you need not go for something big or create big, but it’s those small things in ‘you’ which often is less noticed by the world including ‘you’, which is the key to any future big ventures.
In this world of Artificial Intelligence and as the day starts, one is bounced with notifications from mobile handsets which tells you about the type of movies you should watch, the type of music you should listen, the type of revolutions you need to join, the type of food you need to eat, the difficult life from the political field, the expenditures and its never-ending stories. The question lies is how do you find yourself amongst all these. How is it possible to constantly motivate yourself amidst these online notifications, digital and discouraging physical world, when more than half of the world will let you know that ‘its difficult and you do not have the right skillset to do the same.” However, that isn’t true, yet we live agreeing to other people’s opinions and do the same mistake again and again.
Business and Entrepreneurship Astrology
If you are reading this personal thought of mine, then I will request you to focus on those small things of your life, where you showed extraordinariness. These moments may be that particular photograph, which brought smile in your face and you wonder how did you clicked such a brilliant snap or may be that simple art of message which changed completely another human’s life for higher good. These are the special talents which one have and in the midst of all those constant negative thoughts, work pressure, competition etc. it’s lost. It’s time to bring back the same in your lives.
Entrepreneurship or Starting your own Small Business is a wonderful feeling, as it makes you owner of your dreams with a message to the physical world, that my existence in this world is to do something innovative & creative through my special talents. India has to work a lot to infuse the concept of Small Business & Entrepreneurship in millions. It is well known that enterprise is a crucial engine of economic growth and without enterprise and entrepreneurs, there would be less innovations and few new jobs. Instead of getting frustrated in a formidable job and colleagues, it is better to try with one’s entrepreneurship ventures.
Business and Entrepreneurship Astrology
Researching on Astrology, I tried to find answers to the type of business and the areas of entrepreneurship, one should focus on. My analysis suggests that one should do entrepreneurship on a subject that is one’s passion. So, does astrology support this theory?
In my earlier articles, I have described how to get motivated, the importance of 7th house in Vedic astrology from the ascendant and also the importance of 1st house in vedic astrology. Entrepreneurship or Small Business can be seen by looking at your 3rd house, 7th house, 11th house and 12th house from ascendant and checking one’s exalted planets or strong planets in your chart. Even the Atmakaraka Planet, if well positioned, motivates the individual to follow Business in the sectors, influenced by the Atmakaraka. For detailed analysis, one also need to check the Astak varga system and Shadbala table of horoscope and other parameters.
12th house from the Ascendant plays a major role to see, if the business will cross continents. Among the various houses in a Vedic Horoscope, the 12th house is considered as the house for confinement, secluded places, high expenses, enlightenment, far-away places, lands, asceticism, Hospitals, Imprisonment etc. While many articles in ancient books also states that the 12th house is for wastage, stingy, sole, quietus, Restrictions, Expenses, Extra Marital Affairs, Left Eye etc.
Many have a premonition that 12th house is a house which is about expenses, confinement and is not good. To some extent it’s true, however personally after reading over the years, I understood that this house is one of the most opportune house for reversing one’s bad fortune into opportunities. In a way, entrepreneurship also states the same thing. It’s all about trying and not to sit and lament. The problem is we want immediate gains, which do happen, when we apply for a job and get the salary in the next month. However, as per Elisabeth Kubler Ross, a Swiss American Psychiatrist, the most beautiful people we have known are those who have known defeat, known suffering, known loss and have found their way out of those depths.
12th house in Vedic astrology plays a great part in one’s life and tend to do expense in those areas which the planet of 12th house controls. I have seen in many horoscopes that those having their 12th house lord as Saturn having Aquarius Ascendant are either in non-profits helping people or are political figures based on their interaction with masses. These people however, spends almost their entire money into construction activities due to planet Saturn. Let’s analyse a chart whose 12th house from Ascendant is zodiac Capricorn. The sign Capricorn is a sign which is described as a goat in western astrology and in the Indian tradition it is taken as a crocodile with the face and neck of a deer. Hard work, practicality and prudence are the key words to describe this sign ruled by Lord Saturn. Since 12th Sign is Capricorn and 10th house from Ascendant is Scorpio, its understood that the person may take up a challenging job as detective, CID, Police, Military Intelligence etc. If Planet Mercury sits with Sun in this house of Scorpio, the native may also take up Lectureship as per vedic astrology.
Business and Entrepreneurship Astrology
The divisional charts state a lot about one’s wishes on taking entrepreneurship ventures and persistent work on the same leads to success. While the 3rd house from the ascendant provides one with motivation and strength to move on after facing difficulties, the 7th house from ascendant deals with business and legal documents. Since the first house is 7th from the 7th house, so business and entrepreneurship dealings and wish is seen from the first house. So, the first house i.e the ascendant is not only about one’s appearance, but also about one’s inner strength to pursue one’s business. There are many astrological yoga which do help to understand about entrepreneurship opportunities in astrology and what types of business one is prone to. If the 7th Lord sits in the ascendant, then one will try to do business which is run by the self.
So, one may think that the name and fame of the individual will be due to the job and to some extent, it may be true, however, if the human can go forward with helping others by connecting with the masses in various forms, the same person’s name can cross boundaries of districts, states and countries based on the position of Saturn.
By the same logic and out of my understanding, I have seen many people becoming World Famous because of 12th house combinations since those are the things which you love to do and like spending on them. Expense means not only financial expense; it also means expense of energy. So, if you have to make your hobby into entrepreneurship, then do expense of energy for the 12th house activities. However, 12th house activities take time and puts forward innumerable challenges and if you can overcome the same, your name and fame crosses boundaries.
The 11th house from ascendant is the fifth house from the 7th house. So, any creativity in the business is analysed by this house. The more creative you are in your business, chances are there that it will flourish more and will have mass appeal. If there is a relation between the 11th and 7th house, it will lead to lots of creativity in business ventures.
Business and Entrepreneurship Astrology
Horoscopes do tell a lot about one individual and the soul’s inner wish. Continuous efforts in one’s goal will definitely lead to great success in days. So, does that mean that everyone can do business? The answer to this is partially ‘yes’ because everyone has a 7th house, 11th house, 1st house and 2nd house in Vedic Astrology. Now, we need to figure out as to what ways the astrological planets are placed and in the other divisional charts. But I strongly feel that if one’s intention is good and noble, everyone can succeed in the entrepreneurship ventures. You learn from your own failures and no matter even if your 7th lord is placed in the wrong house, wrong combination, debilitated, retrograde etc, you will succeed as all astrological planets gives results based on ones ‘free will’.
Type of business can also be determined by exalted planets in ones D1 chart. Any planets which is exalted and is placed in Kendra and in its own house or a friendly house can help in entrepreneurship opportunities. This is also determined by the types of Nakshatras these planets are placed, whether the planets are Ashwini Nakshatra ruled by Ketu, Bharini Nakshatra ruled by Venus, Krittika Nakshatra ruled by Sun, Rohini Nakshatra ruled by Moon, Mrigasira Nakshatra ruled by Mars, Ardra Nakshatra ruled by Rahu, Punarvasu Nakshatra ruled by Jupiter, Pushya Nakshtar ruled by Saturn, Ashlesha Nakshtara ruled by Mercury, Magha Nakshatra ruled by Ketu, Purva Phalguni Nakshatra ruled by Venus, Uttara Phalguni Nakshatra ruled by Sun, Hasta Nakshatra ruled by Moon, Chitra Nakshatra ruled by Mars, Swati Nakshtara ruled by Rahu, Vishakha Nakshatra ruled by Jupiter, Anuradha Nakshatra ruled by Saturn, Jyestha Nakshatra ruled by Mercury, Mula Nakshatra ruled by Ketu, Purva Ashadha Nakshatra ruled by Venus, Uttara Ashadha ruled by Sun, Abhijit Nakshatra which is from 6 degree 40 minutes to 10 degree to 53 minutes in Capricorn, Shravana Nakshatra ruled by Moon, Dhanishta nakshatra ruled by Mars, shatabhishek Nakshatra ruled by Rahu, Purva Bhadra Nakshatra ruled by Jupiter, Uttara Bhadra Nakshatra ruled by Saturn and Revati Nakshatra ruled by Mercury.
So, each astrological planets will give different results when situated in a particular house in a particular nakshatra. That will determine the type of liking one will have on a subject in which you want to go for entrepreneurship.
Horoscope Chart of a famous Writer:

Let’s take another example of a writer who wrote on fantasy world and her books crossed borders. She struggled in her initial years to publish her book and no publisher wanted to publish the same from an unknown writer. Once the first book got published, her name and fame spread across countries with Hollywood movies made on her book.
Let’s analyse the Vedic Horoscope chart, which I obtained from one of the astrological websites. From the above chart it is observed that her ascendant is Libra and the 12th house from Lagna/Ascendant is is Mercury which is sitting in her 11th house of Leo along with the Moon. The planet of finances is situated in the 12th house of Mercury which also meant that apart from writing, she may have to lose her immediate family. Lets now focus only on her own venture that is ‘Writing Entrepreneurship’ and that is the 12th house.
Mercury rules her 12th house and with Mars sitting on the same, she will be prone to writing, but writing under challenges from her own family. She has to meet the challenge which can be emotional and yet focus out of great challenges to go on with her writings/communication skills. Finally successful, she established her name and fame as a writer. Now look at the 5th house from the ascendant, here planet Saturn is placed in the same sign of creativity, which states that are writings will be a treasure for the masses. That’s what happened with her.
When I was in Bangalore, India, I have seen in Newspaper reports that people were standing from 4 am to get the first copy of her book. Well, all these were not done in a day specially with the 12th house, which brings enormous challenges and obstacles, which ultimately leads to great success. So, spend some time with your hobby and inner talent as per your 12th house and one can start doing entrepreneurship on the same to move forward in life. It’s through Entrepreneurship and Business, we can tackle the issues of Unemployment. In today’s world, unemployment ratio is increasing day by day and based on the ancient science of Vedic astrology I came to a conclusion that it’s not always the job or profession which can provide one with a steady income, but there are many business or entrepreneurship activities which if explored can provide better financial gains. Once we understand this logic, half our problems melt away and each one of us becomes creators towards a better society.
Business and Entrepreneurship Astrology
We live in a society where we feel safe to work under the guidance of some other individual and in some other’s successful ventures. However, seeing the greater challenges in entrepreneurship, we tend to take up an established organization’s job. An analysis suggest that across 62 economies of the globe, more than two-thirds of the adult population believe that entrepreneurs are well-regarded and enjoy high status within their societies. As per the Entrepreneurship Monitor, around 60% of adults, in all three economic development groups, believe that more media attention is gained by entrepreneurs. It has been analysed by some experts based on their introspection that on an average two-thirds of the adult population in the efficiency-driven economies consider starting a business a good career choice, in comparison to around 60% in innovation-driven economies. Now let’s take the examples of some countries. It has been observed from a report that Africa is the region reporting the most positive attitudes towards entrepreneurship, with three quarters of working-age adults considering entrepreneurship a good career choice while 77% believe that entrepreneurs are admired in their societies. On the other hand, it is seen that Latin America and the Caribbean reports the lowest proportion of adults believing that entrepreneurs are highly regarded (63%), while continent Europe has the lowest belief in entrepreneurship as a good career. Some 58% people may share this view. However, on an average globally almost 40% to 50 % of working age adults see good opportunities for starting a business through this entrepreneurship skills.
Now coming back once again to the D1 or Lagna Chart, in Vedic astrology, money houses are the 2nd House from the ascendant, 5th House, 7th House, 10th House and the 11th House. However, for the entrepreneurship, lets analyze the 7th House lord and the 12th House Lord in detail along with the 2nd House lord, its placements, its conjunction, its affliction, its strength, mahadasha etc.

Generally, the 7th house lord and the 12th house lord plays a very important part in one’s entrepreneurship abilities. Lets analyse from D1 chart, without considering other divisional charts . If the 7th house lord is placed in the 1st house, then possibilities are there of self-expression, through which one may succeed in business. If the 7th house lord is placed in the 2nd house of family or income, most of the times it is seen that the individual joins family business or make a business out of his/her inner capabilities. Possibilities are there that the native’s family may also invest. It is also observed that the individual does tremendous efforts to make his/her entrepreneurship sustainable, if the 7th house lord is in the 3rd house from the ascendant. If the 7th house lord is in the 4th house, then it’s a great yoga. Business tends to provide comforts and luxuries in life. If the 7th house lord is placed in the 5th house, the individual is very creative in his or her business activities. If the 7th House lord is in the 6th house, then the individual through consistent efforts can help his or her business. If the 7th house lord is sitting in the 7th house, then the business of the individual may bring great success. If the 7th house lord is sitting in the 8th house, then business of the native may bring sudden gains and continuous efforts can lead to great success. If the 7th house lord is in the 9th house, then the individual tend to do business in sectors where he or she may spiritually connect to ones entrepreneurship activities. If the 7th house lord is placed in the 10th house, then possibilities are there that business may bring lot of success to the individual. If the 7th lord is placed in the 11th house, then through large circles of friends, connections, business may flourish and may give large gains in life. If the 7th lord is in the 12 th house then business might proposer better in foreign lands or with people who are not in the same region.
Position of 2nd lord in 5th house, 7th house, 11th house or in 12th house also help in doing business. Interchange of 12th lord in 7th house or 7th lord in 12th house also signifies business or entrepreneurship opportunities. However, all these depends on the positions of the lord, its strength, its conjunctions, aspects by benefic or malefic planets etc.
Hence it is observed that most of the people in the world have inner capability of doing business and entrepreneurship through their OWN TALENTS.

We always say that every person born in this world has great talents and understanding one’s inner talents depends on various factors in Vedic astrology. One among them is through the analysis of the 12th house. 12th House make you stride, struggle, lose energy, do expenditure and finally lead to a wonderful creation if you have the persistence to work towards building entrepreneurship in the sector represented by the 12th lord, its planets, conjunctions, aspects etc.
This is just a simple astrological analysis about one’s hidden talents, which are best analysed observing the planets position in one’s house, the type of the house, the lord of the house which may be benefic or non benefic, the strength of the 7th house, aspects on 7th house lords, 12th house and the strength of the 12th house planets etc.
As I write, I thought of focusing on the Astrological Cosmic Planet Mercury and its effects on our ideas. Mercury rules various types of professions. These people can be great writer, ambassadors, lecturer, publisher, journalists, audit and accountants, public speakers, imports & exports, lawyers, editors, mathematicians, restaurant owners, chefs etc. The most important factor is its rulership on ideas.
People having good Mercury are always filled up with great ideas and these people are the solution providers. These are humans who in the worst situations will also try to provide a solution for every problem. In Vedic Astrology, it is often seen that this planet rules one’s Maternal Uncle, Younger Brother and Sister.
So, the question comes that as an Entrepreneur or an owner of a small business, do you need to have a good Mercury placement? The answer is that it’s an added advantage if you are blessed by the Planet Mercury. The simple reason is because what you speak and how you speak, provides you with either possibilities or can call one’s doomsday. A strong placement of Mercury in any of the position will bless one with great power of orator ship through which one can sell one’s products. In Vedic Horoscope, one can find that Mercury rules the sign of Gemini and Virgo and the Nakshatras ruled by this planet is ‘Ashlesha (106 degree 40 minutes to 120 degrees of a zodiac), Jyestha (226 degree 40 minutes to 240 degrees of a zodiac) and Revati (346 degree 40 minutes to 360 degree of a zodiac)’. Placement of Mercury in any of these signs will have a different effect on your ideas, thoughts and the ways one’s communicate. By that I mean that your talk will be soothing to listen as you innovate your talk to make your product sellable.
In the ancient texts the Gayatri Mantra is chanted as:
oṃ bhūr bhuvaḥ suvaḥ
tatsaviturvareṇyaṃ
bhargo devasyadhīmahi
dhiyo yo naḥ prachodayāt
In my own way, I have understood that this mantra is a prayer to the God Savitur, who appears through the lord Sun to show the eternal light that has given birth to all the three Worlds. The Gayatri mantra is dedicated to Lord Savituṛ, a Vedic Sun deity. The meaning as spoken by Swami Vivekananda is, we meditate on the glory of that Being who has produced this universe; may He enlighten our minds.
Let’s observe here that Bhur has the meaning of Earth, which is the abode of Humans and Mercury or the intellect rules here. Hence though the mantra tells about the Earth, Sun and Moon, it helps us to understand the importance of Intellect.
So, does life tells that if your Mercury is not well placed, will you not able to communicate better? The answer is negative. As whatever may be the position of the Astrological planet Mercury and its aspect on other planet or vice-versa, it will create opportunities based on the conjunction of those planet. So, you may find people communicating in different ways, some using too much of facial expressions, some using hands, some through writing, some through drawing etc. Once Mercury gets activated, you have already sold your products and have generated ideas for the better. So, listen to your heart and focus on the small things which are your special talents and nurture those before activating your Mercury to tell to the world that YOU ARE AN EXTRA-ORDINARY HUMAN BEING AND YOU CREATED YOUR OWN ENTREPRENEURSHIP / BUSINESS VENTURE.

It was for long, I wanted to write on Medical Astrology. I have written many articles on Entrepreneurship and Business Astrology and this time I thought of doing my own research on the disease Alzheimer and Dementia from Vedic Astrology. Please note that this is an article which I am writing out of my own analysis on the aforementioned disease. This should be read as just thoughts from a spiritual plane and is no way concerned with any medical prescriptions or medicines and neither is a substitute for any medical prescriptions followed by any individual. This article should also not be treated as an alternate form of medicine. This are just my thoughts, which can help to understand the disease form the Medical Astrology point of view.
To give brief about the Alzheimer’s disease, it is an irreversible, progressive brain disorder that slowly destroys memory and thinking skills, and, eventually, the ability to carry out the simplest tasks. In most people with Alzheimer’s, symptoms first appear in their mid-60s. Though out the world, almost more million people suffer from this disease and many of them have dementia, which is caused by Alzheimer.

As I continued with my research based on the planetary movements of cosmic planets and understanding the various symptoms of the disease, I tried to analyse the same, based on the position of Astrological Planets in a birth chart of the individual. During my research on the subject, I tried to focus on just one point and that is – ‘forgetting’. Well, that’s the final thing, which happens in the disease. So, the key point amongst all the symptoms is ‘Memory Loss’.
In Vedic Astrology the planet which is connected with memory is ‘Mercury’. This is an extraordinary planet as it deals with many aspects in our life i.e Communication, Memory, Trade and Exports and much more. The mentioned planet ‘Mercury’, as per vedic astrology helps in our speech, the way, it is put forward to the public, memory a human possesses and much more. So, I feel that placement of Mercury in a birth chart is very important to understand the disease from a spiritual plane.
Now lets also have a look into the Nakshatras in Vedic Astrology which is ruled by planet Mercury. These are Ashlesha, Jyeshta and Revati. The Symbol of Ashlesha is Naga devata and the symbol is Serpent. The Symbol of Jyestha is Indra and the Symbol is Earring. The symbol of Revati is Fish and the Devata is Pushan. If planet ‘Mercury’ is afflicted or sits in a bad position in one’s birth chart, then it creates the chances of having disorders in the nervous system. Also, we need to check if any of the Nakshatras of Mercury do have a malefic effect in the birth chart. There is also another astrological planet which needs to be considered for understanding the aforementioned disease is the planet Saturn. The reason, why I thought, the role of Saturn is important, because this planet deals with chronic illness and degeneration. Saturn is connected to illness which generally do not get healed easily and there is a degeneration in the body. Since this degeneration occurs in the nervous system, hence Saturn afflicting Planet Mercury in a horoscope is likely to create a problem with one’s remembrance and speech.

Now the question lies, if the Nakshatras ruled by Saturn also plays a role and if Planet Mercury or Planet Moon sitting in an afflicted position in these Nakshatras trigger such a situation. While primarily, it may be stated that there may be various reasons, but another reason which comes to my mind is if Saturn afflicts Mercury in a Saturn Nakshatra and Moon also remains afflicted. That’s a situation, when triggered by any malefic afflictions by Planet Rahu and Planet Ketu may lead to Dementia and Alzheimer disease. So, what are these Nakshatras which are of the planet Saturn? These are: Pushya, Anuradha and Uttara Bhadra. It also needs a detailed analysis as Pushya Nakshatra is a nourishment nakshatra and it nourishes the planet which occupies this Nakshatra. So, by that, I mean that not all the nakshatras and the position of planet Mercury may lead to the cause of dementia or Alzheimer disease.
In my understanding and out my own research, D30 chart or Trimsamsa also plays a role to understand the misfortunes that may be created and in this discussion the disease, which we are discussing.

The other factors that need to be kept in mind is the position of the 6th lord in D1 chart with Mercury and also its relation with the Planet Saturn. Secondly, is the 8th Lord in D1 chart is also connected with the Planet Saturn or Mercury in any one of the Saturn or Mercury Nakshatras? These and other details need to understood and properly analysed to understand, if an individual may have or likely to have such a disease like dementia or Alzheimer. Since, I have started doing a research on the above subject from the Medical Astrology point of view, I feel I can come out with more extensive Articles based on my own research in future. Vedic Astrology:
The History of Astrology dates back to thousands of years. It was the Indo-European people, who during the 3rd millennium BC have made roots in the calendrical systems and used to predict based on their celestial calculations. It was interesting to read the science which made them look at the stars and prognosticate one’s future. It was those times, when most of the administrative decisions taken were based on this science. The Kings and Queens used to respect the knowledge mostly carried on by the priests. It was during the 17 century BC when astrology took news forms and entered the political and cultural circles. Astrology is also used for finding our problems, their roots and ways to overcome from the celestial perspective.
The Vedic system of astrology consists of twelve houses and each house has its own implications. For example the first house in astrology denotes self or the atma (soul). The first house is all about yourself and your looks. The first house states as to who you are as an individual. This provides a very important information about the type of the person. Similarly, there are other eleven houses which has its own meanings and values. Some states that sixth, eighth and twelfth houses are not good. But each of these houses have their own importance. For example the eight house in not only about birth, death or suddenness, it’s also about understanding yourself deep and is about major happenings in your life including your parental property. So every house aspects many parts of one’s life.
Each house is divided into Nakshatras and is divided into degrees. Planets are positioned in the degrees and they give their respective benefits which may be beneficial or malefic depending on the placements and their depositors. A prediction is done based on a seeing other parameters like Maha Dasha, Antar Dasha, Pratyantar and Sooksma dasha. From a single chart many charts are prepared. The main important chart is the D1 chart which is called the Lagna Chart. It’s from the Lagna chart that other charts like D2 – Hora Chart, D9 – Navamsha Chart etc are derived. Those charts help to understand in depth the occurring of an event and reason for which an event is likely not to take place. Also I want to mention that there are different types of horoscope charts prepared viz eastern style, northern style, southern style etc which are same charts but viewed differently based on the comfort of an astrologer. For example astrology being my hobby, I am comfortable in Charts created in Eastern Style.
Then an astrologer also needs to focus on the strength of the planets and many astrologers see it from navamsha and the Shadbala – Bhavbala table. So, a good astrologer needs to take care of all the parameters and charts before pronouncing the verdict.

A few days ago there was news of astronomical planets Jupiter and Saturn coming together after hundreds of years. It’s a wonder that these movements in the cosmic skies have a direct link in one’s horoscope also. By that I mean, does whatever happens in the cosmic skies reflect in our personal vedic astrology charts? I personally feel that astrology is a vedic science and is all about mathematical calculations based on the movements of astrological planets and it’s aspect on living species and the world.
On December 21st, 2020 two big planets appeared to get merged and looked like a single bright star, which many be termed as the “The Great Conjunction”. All over the world people gathered to watch this phenomenon. Some said that the two planets were close together during the year 1623. As an astrologer, that made me to think, if these two planets are close together in the horoscope of the humans born in that day.
So, I took the date as 21st December, 2020 and the time at 23:30 hrs in the morning with the place as Delhi and studied the Astrological Horoscope. I observed the following:

Astrological Planet Jupiter was exactly at 6 degree 20 minutes at Uttra Shadha Nakshatra in the Capricorn Sign ruled by Saturn and the astrological planet Saturn was at 6 degree 20 minutes at Uttra Shadha nakshatra ruled by planet Sun. Is it not wonderful to see the planets in the sky and the same shown in a vedic astrology chart. This is what makes Vedic Astrology very interesting.
I went into the details to find that all the divisional charts in Vedic Astrology starting from D2, D3, D4, D5, D7, D8, D9, D10, D12, D16, D20, D24, D27, D30, D40, D45, D60 have Saturn and Jupiter together.
Isn’t that interesting?
